About
This Isn’t About Me.
It’s About You
Following Through.
But since you asked… 😉

Who I Am?
I’m Hector Sanchez. Navy veteran. Former trainer at top NYC gyms. Founder of The Training Notebook App. Personal Trainer for over 18 years.
But more importantly: I wasn’t born into this. I didn’t lift a single weight until I joined the U.S Navy.
Since then, fitness has taught me everything… Discipline. Confidence. How to lead myself when life gets hectic.
It helped me recover from injuries, an autoimmune flare-up that left me barely able to walk, and even a torn shoulder that sidelined me for months. I’ve lived what I coach.
Now I live in Bali, coaching online full-time. I help people just like you — 30 to 60 years old, burned out on hype, and ready to actually make fitness stick

What I Believe
- Training doesn’t start at the gym. It starts at home.
- Motivation is nice. But discipline is freedom.
- You don’t need more info. You need a system you’ll actually use.
- Simplicity wins. Every time.
I won’t waste your time with gimmicks. I won’t let you coast.
I’ll give you what I think will help you most — and I’ll check in like it matters, because it does.
I make workouts simple, tough, and fun.
And I’ll help you build habits that actually survive busy weeks, stress, and “screw it” weekends.

Who I Work With
I coach real people:
- Brides who wanted to feel strong and confident
- CEOs who needed a plan that travels with them
- Parents juggling work, kids, and zero time
- People coming back from injury or starting from scratch
What they have in common?
They wanted structure, not hype. And they were finally ready to follow through.
Let’s Talk
If you’ve been stuck in the cycle…
Start a new plan, crush it for a week, fall off, repeat… you’re not alone.
I’ve coached hundreds of people through that same pattern.
Professionals. Parents. Travelers. People with real lives.
I help them break that cycle… for good.
Because fitness isn’t about motivation.
It’s about systems. Structure. Follow-through.
